The marsh frog.

I saw quite a few marsh frogs at a nearby nature reserve last week. These frogs are the largest native frog in Europe, however are introduced species here in the UK. It can be distinguished from the common frog by the fact that it is larger.

The frog was first released into the wild at a marsh in Kent in 1935  and since, the frogs can be found at a few locations in Kent and nearby areas. There are also colonies in parts of London and nearby areas.
